The Limited Warranty – Terms and Limitations

Carburetor Center stands behind the quality of our rebuilt carburetors.Our products are carefully inspected and tested to meet our quality standards. The following limitations apply to our one-year limited warranty.

Installation and Application

Carburetor Center does not warrant the proper installation or application of a purchased carburetor, nor the workmanship or competence of the individual or repair facility performing the installation.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the carburetor is appropriate for the intended vehicle and is installed and adjusted correctly.

Labor, Towing, and Additional Expenses

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Carburetor Center's limited warranty does not cover reimbursement for:

- Installation or removal labor
- Towing expenses
- Vehicle downtime or loss of use
- Diagnostic or repair charges from third-party facilities
- Incidental or consequential damages

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

- Improper installation or incorrect application
- Misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Contaminated fuel or foreign materials
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Accidents, collisions, or other external damage
- Improper adjustments or operation outside the product's intended specifications

Warranty Authorization

No individual, dealer, distributor, mechanic, or outside repair facility is authorized to modify, extend, or supplement the terms of this limited warranty on behalf of Carburetor Center.

Warranty claims and determinations must be reviewed and authorized by Carburetor Center.

Product Improvements

Carburetor Center reserves the right to make changes or improvements to its products without any obligation to modify or update products previously purchased.

Additional Warranty Terms

This limited warranty is subject to applicable federal and state consumer protection laws. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

For warranty questions or assistance, please contact Carburetor Center directly before arranging outside repairs or returning a product.

Our carburetors are covered by our return, warranty, and core evaluation policies. If you have any questions before purchasing, I’m happy to help.

​All carburetors are professionally rebuilt and include a 6-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If an issue arises during that period, please reach out — we're here to help troubleshoot or resolve the problem.

​Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returned units must be unused, uninstalled, and unmodified, and in the same condition received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Installed or modified carburetors are not eligible for return or refund. If there is an issue after installation, please contact us to begin a warranty claim. Photos or details may be requested to confirm the nature of the problem.

​For core returns: clear, high-quality photos must be submitted for approval before shipping the core back. Cores that are seized, cracked, incomplete, or heavily corroded may not be accepted for credit.

​Refunds are issued after inspection of any returned item. If something’s not right, please contact us, we’ll do our best to help.
